Atta Sugar-Free Biscuits
Equipment
- oven or pan for baking
- 2 bowls
- butter paper
- cookie cutter/knife
- baking tray
- silicon gloves
- spatula for mixing
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup oats flour
- 3-4 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds roasted
- 60 grms jaggery powder
- 60-70 grms melted butter
Instructions
-   Mix all the above products thoroughly  Â
- Â Â Â Add melted butter & give it a mix
tip – do not overmix the dough elsewhere biscuits will become hard. Mix only until well combined.
- Add 3-4 tbsp of milk, knead the dough
- Make shapes of the dough in desired shapes
- Place it in freeze for 30 minutes.   Slice them into cubes
BAKING
-   IN OVEN – Line the baking tray with parchment paper and then grease it with ghee to avoid the cookies from sticking to the bottom.  BAKE AT 160 C FOR 12-15 MINS
-  IN KADAI /PAN let it heat for10 mins). place the dough on the plate as before with butter paper under it ( now on low flame  BAKE it for 15-18 MINS). take them out carefully, cool it down and serve them
