- 2 tbsp jaggery powder
- 10-15 black pepper crushed into fine powder
- 35 g tamarind socked or paste
- 200 ml water
- 1/2 tsp rock salt
Instructions
- Take 35g of tamarind and place it in a bowl
- Add 200 ml of water
- Mash it and soak for 15 mins
- Now squeeze the tamarind pulp leaving the water behind.
- Now take neem flowers and crush them.
- Discard the stems and buds.
- Take 10-15 black pepper, ½ tsp rock salt. Grind them or pound them into powder.
- Now take raw baby mangoes.
- Chop them into small fine pieces.
- Now add chopped mango cubes into the tamarind water.
- Add 2 tbsp jaggery powder into it along with neem petals.
- Add black pepper.
- Combine and mix well.
